## Order Processing

LaserGlow Pets ships orders daily using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

## Shipping Carriers

We ship using the following carriers:

- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL

The carrier used for your order may depend on your location, shipping method selected at checkout, package size, delivery speed, and carrier availability.

## Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, package weight, and carrier rates.

Any available free shipping offers, discounts, or promotions will be shown at checkout when applicable.

## Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the carrier, shipping method, destination, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other carrier-related delays.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed shipping service is purchased and confirmed by the carrier.

LaserGlow Pets is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

## Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package, please check your mailbox, front door, porch, building mailroom, package locker, neighbors, or anyone who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

## Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

LaserGlow Pets is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@laserglowpets.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

## Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, marked delivered but missing, or appears to be stuck in transit, please contact us at support@laserglowpets.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the shipment and help guide you through the next steps. In some cases, the carrier may require additional time to complete delivery or investigate the issue.

LaserGlow Pets is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

## Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@laserglowpets.com.

Please include:

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label

We will review the issue and make it right according to our Refund Policy.

## International Shipping

LaserGlow Pets may offer international shipping to select countries using available carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS international services.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

LaserGlow Pets is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import restrictions, carrier inspections, or local delivery services.

If an international shipment is refused, rejected by customs, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or import restrictions, shipping fees and related charges may be non-refundable.

## Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain locations due to carrier rules, local laws, customs restrictions, or product regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order that cannot be shipped to the provided address.
