Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, sealed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Because our products are pet wellness and supplement products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
To start a return, contact us at support@laserglowpets.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@laserglowpets.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used pet supplements
- Products with broken seals
- Items not in their original packaging
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
